A Dacha is a rural second home common in Russian or Soviet sphere countries.
Originally a plot of land given by the Tzar to nobles, later by the government to citizens. It has a similarity to the allotment, originally being an area where the citizen could grow their own food.
The building regulations varied over time, but often limited the time of occupation, availability of heating, size etc.
This one has no chimney and the land is rather overgrown.
